Back in 2009 I was an electrical subcontractor. I was teamed up with a successful general contractor in Virginia Beach. As the economy went downhill into a recession as a result of the Housing Crash, it became really difficult to procure new contracts. I expressed my frustration with my general contractor and he said "when the going gets tough the tough get going".

 Today I hear the same kind of frustrations coming from those in the real estate business. Inventory is down, there is a shortage of affordable housing, etc..Like my contractor buddy used to say "when the going gets tough the tough get going" it's time to suit up and show up. Toughen up we can do it!!!!
